Question EVERYTHING. 
We're all continuously telling stories. 
Stories of ourselves. 
Of others.
Of our world. 
Iterations and reiterations of narratives.
Narratives of "good, bad, right, wrong."
Narratives of resistance, and of acceptance.
Narratives that shape our reality, at fundamental, biological, and cosmological levels.

Question all of it.
Each word of self-talk.
Each shared dialogue.
Each piece of information that flows into and out of my field. 
Continuously dive deeper into the rational and emotional "why's" hidden within the stories we all share, show, and tell.

Allow NO ONE to tell you what your truth ought to be, Beloved. 
YOU decide which stories get to shape your reality. 
YOU chose what reality the story of your life calls in.
You and only you hold the power to dwell unabashedly in YOUR truth.

Invite all that which comes to you and from you to pass through the filter of your innate KNOWING, and stand firmly in the light of your own inner wisdom.

Shout your truth from the rooftops, my love.
Your truth is unique, independent, sovereign, magnificent.
This world requests your individual truth, your whole truth.
All of it.
It is in doing so that you free others to do the same.

Come, take my hand, old friend. 
Let us radiate truth like the openhearted powerhouses we were born to be.
