Epigenetic

Humans often tend toward the belief that we are hapless, powerless bystanders in the unfolding of our lives.
Like seconds on a film set, or background characters in a novel, there is a tenancy to view ourselves as relatively powerless to decide the outcome of our story.

The paradigm which many people operate within at this time, is one which functions on the assumption that we are not in control.
We are not in control of our health, our DNA, or our doctor is responsible for that.
We are not in control of our education, a teacher, professor, or university is responsible for that.
We are not in control of our finances, the economy, or our employer is responsible for that.
We are not in control of our self-worth, the people who love us, or our social media analytics are responsible for that.
We are not in control of our societal stability, our global government, or ruling elite are responsible for that.
We are not in control of our overall quality of life, random chance, or fate is responsible for that.

This continuously repeated and heavily pervasive paradigm is one which systematically removes personal accountability, and paints the individual as a helplessness observer, who do little more than passively witness the world happen from behind plate glass.
NOTHING, Beloved, could be further from the truth.
Each of us, regardless of lifestyle, social standing, or external circumstances, are tremendously important, active participants in this world.
At a biomechanical level, your thoughts dynamically affect your health. At a social level, you are an integral influence on your environment. At a quantum level, what you create your own experience.
This is not hypocritical, or metaphorical, this is a testable, factual, reliable reality.
You are empowered to create the life, and the world of your choosing.
You are not hapless.
You are not helpless.
You are POWERFUL.
Stand up. Stand TALL.
You are not made for crouching.
