What it means to be "beautiful," "happy," "powerful," or "succesful" has fundamentally shifted.

The macro priorities have changed.

Accountable is the new cool.
Emotionally intelligent is the new industrious. 
Authentic is the new atractive. 
Self-esteem is the new strength. 
Empathetic is the new strategic. 
Gratitude is the new game.
Peace is the new power.
Kindness is currency.

Whether you call it a paradigm shift, a natural evolution, or a happenstantial happening. 
The change is undeniable. 
We all feel it.
We all see it.
