Worth It

I've died, and come back, from intentional drug overdose.
Multiple times.
I've performed nude, sold my sexuality in disenpowered circumstances, to cover rent or pay off debt.
I've been ALL THE WAY DOWN to rock-bottom.
Of debilitating disease, mental illness, and addiction.
Down to the bottom, only to realize that what I felt as a finality, was nothing but a momentary plateau, on an otherwise downward trajectory. That I could still plunge even FURTHER into the abyss.

Today, I choose to walk paths which are WIDELY divergent from those once chosen.
Today, those destructive paths are in the distant past.
With that being said...
I EMBRACE what came before.
I regret NONE of it.
Reject NONE of it.
OWN ALL OF IT.

I am deeply, sincerely grateful for EVERY moment. Each, precious breath.
I'm grateful for the peaks, and the valleys. The FULL SPECTRUM experience of this life.
I STAND in the IMMENSE power which is offered by embracing each and every moment of my experience.

We are often quick to habitually create narratives of “good/bad" “right/wrong". We choose to dismiss the "bad" aspects of our experience, as parts which don't belong. Parts to reject. To label as unworthy of acceptance into the fold of gratitude.
In so doing, we rob ourselves of lessons learned, and of growth. We inhibit the flow of energy through that part of our experience.

Energy is neither created, nor destroyed, and energy which is inhibited from flowing, is amplified.
Basic physics.
When we reject a part of ourselves, we effectively MULTIPLY what we reject, and thus, ENSURE its continued repetition.
Iterations in a fractal feedback loop.
This is the energetic, SCIENTIFIC reality of what some call "karma." From the lowest lows to the highest heights.
It's all worth it. It's all perfect.
You, Beloved, are a statistical MIRACLE, made manifest.
You are the majesty of the universe, in motion.
Own your story.
Your journey IS your medicine.
Your scars ARE your perfection.
STAND in your power.
Stand in the totality of the unique beauty which makes you, YOU.

Stand UP.
Stand TALL.
You are not built for crouching.
