Regret
The one who got away.
The relationship you gave up on.
The dream you lost sight of.
The business you let tank.
The client you left dissatisfied.
The friend you disappointed.
The loved one you let down.
These are the narratives that poison you more than all others.
Regret is toxic. It is the most potent and pervasive venom that life can hold, and it drains the vitality out of everything you touch.
You get one shot at this life.
One take, one opportunity to make your contributions truly count.
If you give your all, fully commit to everything you put your mind to, there is nothing you cannot do.
If it is possible, it is probable, as long as you can bring yourself to trust in the process.
If you fully, unabashedly commit to the process, regret becomes obsolete.
Give your all, win or lose, and there's no longer any room for regret.
Find ways you could have given more, ways in which you could have shown up more fully, and you can learn from that, take your lessons so that regret is irrelevant.
The only thing which stands between you and a completely fulfilled, devoted, committed life, free of regret, is you.
You deserve to thrive as much as ANYONE in this world. If you unquestionably own that fact, there's nothing you cannot do.
Only one life. One shot. One moment. One breath.
Go out there and get it.
No regrets.
