Timidity

Know your worth.
If you don't know with certainty that you are deserving and worthy, who will?

The human mind may think, mistakenly, that it is pious or proper to overplay humility.
To cut oneself down.
To avoid shining too brightly.
To play at being small, while a glorious giant sleeps within.

True love and authenticity are not of the faint-hearted or the weak. They are born of strength, power, and understanding. "Humanity" is not synonymous with "flawed." Humility is not synonymous with self-deprecation.
Meekness is not synonymous with righteousness.

You, Beloved.
You were born for greatness.
You are fashioned out of star stuff and molded with the joyful tears of your ancestors.
Your blood, your bones, your heartbeat know the way.

Come.
Set aside your fumbled attempts at timidity.
You're not fooling anyone.
We can all see your radiance, bursting at the seams.

We're waiting with baited breath to see you truly shine.
