Know your worth. Know that you are worthy.
What does your inner dialogue say about you, Beloved?
Do you support yourself? Build yourself up?
Or do you knock yourself down. Berate yourself. Beat yourself up.
Do you find yourself repeating habitual narratives of being "not good enough?"
Smart enough.
Sexy enough.
Strong enough.
The power of your thoughts to affect the quality of your life is immense. Even if your conscious mind does not believe what your inner voice says, your inner voice has a continuous, lasting effect on your physical, physiological, and emotional health.
Each time your thoughts follow a familiar neural pathway of self-deprecation, whether you believe it as truth or not, it sets off a chain reaction of physiological responses.
When you think thoughts that exemplify low self-worth, your body then instantly feels insecure, unworthy.
This becomes a self-fulfilling cycle. If you think you are unwell, unworthy, unhappy, you will instantly feel a physical sensation that reflects that thought. As you feel sensations that manifest as the result of your thoughts, your inner narrative shifts to fit those thoughts.
Your thoughts affect your feelings, your feelings affect your thoughts.

We've all heard "mind over matter."
Sounds like a cliche platitude.
The truth is, your thoughts ARE matter. Your inner dialogue instantly becomes matter. Your inner voice becomes your physical reality.
So, Beloved.
Know your worth. Allow your thoughts to follow a narrative of your worthiness. Build yourself up, speak kindly to yourself.
Choose your thoughts, and you choose your reality.
