Celibacy

I am single af.
More accurately, I am celibate af.
Over the past four years, I have consciously chosen to completely abstain from any sort of sexual contact. 
Yet, I find myself more in touch with positive, passionate sensuality than ever before in this life. 
With no obligation nor expectation to find a partner, there no longer exists any compulsion for me to be anything more or less than I authentically am.
I have never felt more comfortable with my own self, nor more removed from the paradigm of body-shaming, non-consent, and repression in which I'd previously lived.
For truly the first time in this life, I feel able to be me.
As I am. 
Without shame or restriction.
Untainted.
Untamed.
Free.
